It might be more than vaginal size. My GF broke her tailbone when she was six years old. It never healed properly, so she does have a problem with anything over 6 inches. Imagine our surprise when she was able to take all of my 9 inches in multiple positions. To test the "miracle", we hooked up with a male friend packing 6 inches and she could stand the pain. We finally came to the conclusion that size does matter as well as fit!!
